Meet Transitional Ministry Pathways

This site is in the midst of its own transformation. Transitional Ministry Pathways was the in-person site at Pittsburgh Seminary site for TMEC. With the shift to online courses with the pandemic in 2020 they have adapted and transformed as a site and are not looking back. This site is online only.

Art of Transitional Ministry at Transitional Ministry Pathways

Jan Nolting Carter and Paul Rhebergen lead a teaching team of transitional pastors experienced in leading congregations in the midst of change.  Both Part 1 and Part 2 are offered online, gathering weekly for presentation and discussion.  Part 1 a framework for understanding leadership in times of changes in leadership, in identity, and context.  Part 2 focuses on the person of the leader as we seek to guide systems from where they are to God's promised future.
